Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload merchandise from trucks and pallets using hand trucks and forklifts.
- Inventory Management: Sort, organize, and stock inventory in the warehouse to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Equipment Operation: Operate handheld scanners and warehouse equipment (including forklifts) with proper training.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all items meet quality standards before shipping.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic with a focus on punctuality and attendance.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
