Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment to meet daily targets.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock in a clean, safe warehouse environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all shipping labels are applied correctly.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on equipment and report any maintenance needs immediately.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and shipping documents.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if required.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable using handheld scanners or basic warehouse management software.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- High School Diploma: Or equivalent work experience in a logistics or manufacturing setting.
