Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products from delivery vehicles to storage areas or shipping docks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Package and prepare merchandise for shipment, ensuring all items are securely wrapped and labeled.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by sweeping, mopping, and removing debris.
- Verify inventory counts and update the warehouse management system (WMS) with accurate stock levels.
- Collaborate with the shipping and receiving team to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
