Responsibilities:
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and accuracy to ensure high service levels.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure they are complete and undamaged.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse machinery and equipment in strict accordance with safety protocols.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation to prevent shortages.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours).
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
