Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and process incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently and safely.
- Operate material handling equipment (including forklifts and pallet jacks) according to safety protocols.
- Perform inventory checks and stock organization to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and shipping deadlines.
- Assist in quality control checks to ensure product integrity before shipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not always required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
