Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using warehouse management systems.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Stock Organization: Receive, inspect, and store incoming merchandise in designated areas to maintain organization and safety standards.
- Quality Control: Verify the condition of incoming and outgoing goods to ensure they meet company standards.
- Documentation: Complete necessary shipping paperwork and logs accurately.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Certifications: Forklift certification is a plus but we will train the right candidate.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety protocols.
