Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 99% accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure workspace.
- Equipment Maintenance: Inspect and report any maintenance issues with machinery or facility equipment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- License: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (if driving forklifts or company vehicles).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when processing orders and handling inventory.
