Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification preferred).
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Load and unload delivery trucks efficiently to meet strict deadlines.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Perform general warehouse maintenance as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Must be reliable and able to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory for entry-level applicants.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
