Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials, products, and equipment throughout the warehouse and loading dock areas.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, damages, and completeness.
- Package and label products efficiently to ensure timely shipping and delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to meet daily production quotas and quality standards.
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50-70 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for scanning and inventory tracking.
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong work ethic and reliability with a focus on safety.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
