Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move inventory around the warehouse.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment within established timeframes.
- Inventory Control: Perform stock counts, inspect incoming goods for damage, and update inventory management systems.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct routine checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before dispatch.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: or GED equivalent is required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory for motivated candidates.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to verify accuracy in data entry and order picking processes.
- Availability: Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
