Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against invoices and packing lists to ensure accuracy.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Package, label, and prepare items for shipment or storage in designated zones.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment to prevent accidents and improve efficiency.
- Perform regular inventory counts and assist in inventory management systems.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during peak and off-peak seasons.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to work.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
