The Role
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring products are processed, stored, and shipped efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick and pack orders with high accuracy and efficiency using warehouse management software.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages or discrepancies and report accordingly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Operate scanning equipment to track inventory levels and update the system in real-time.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide paid training.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
