Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse environment through regular 5S practices
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts with 99% accuracy
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks using safe lifting techniques
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
