Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks accurately and efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Sort, organize, and stock merchandise in designated storage areas.
- Perform daily cycle counts and inventory checks to maintain accurate records.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist in packaging and labeling orders for shipment.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding inventory discrepancies or equipment issues.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
