Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently to move stock and materials.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment, ensuring all packaging meets safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and 5S guidelines.
- Assist in inventory management cycles, including cycle counts and stock organization.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory (we provide training).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance.
