Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with a high degree of accuracy.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and stock organization.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Charlotte facility.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred; willing to train the right candidate.
