Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort packages efficiently using conveyor belts and hand trucks.
- Organize inventory in designated storage areas to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and safety goals.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
