Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently to ensure timely processing of goods.
- Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse to ensure accuracy and facilitate order fulfillment.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet quality standards before they are shipped.
- Collaborate with team leads and cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and improve daily productivity.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods of time.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but comprehensive training is provided.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Dallas facility.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
