Job Overview
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring that products are processed, packed, and shipped efficiently and safely. We value hard work, reliability, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods using forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, accuracy, and completeness.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and process orders.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counting procedures.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred (willingness to learn is key).
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is a plus.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
