Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to scan, track, and manage inventory accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a focus on 100% accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and reduce bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail environment is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Familiarity with handheld scanners or WMS software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
