Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.
- Perform rigorous quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Load and unload freight trucks in a timely manner to maintain supply chain flow.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations.
- Log inventory data accurately using our digital tracking systems.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize daily operational workflows.

- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly without assistance.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and adherence to company policies.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Valid driver's license (not always required but preferred for off-site duties).
- Experience in logistics, warehousing, or general labor is a plus but not mandatory.
