Job Summary
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring that our products are handled with care and delivered on time. You will work in a fast-paced environment where safety and efficiency are paramount.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify and record incoming shipments by checking quantities against purchase orders.
- Pack and label products securely for storage and distribution.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory management and cycle counts.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory and weighing purposes.
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification within 30 days of hire.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
