Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight from trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks with speed and accuracy.
- Prepare shipments by boxing, labeling, and scanning items for outgoing delivery.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and 5S standards.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Assist in quality control by inspecting goods for damage prior to processing.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for scanning and inventory tracking.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Charlotte facility.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new processes.
- Availability to work full-time hours, including nights and weekends.
