Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move materials safely.
- Execute pick, pack, and ship orders with high accuracy and speed to meet daily quotas.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or errors before processing.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve inventory discrepancies and streamline workflows.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during shift changes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
