Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision and speed to ensure timely delivery.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as required.
- Quality Control: Perform routine checks on products to ensure they meet company standards and customer specifications.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends if necessary.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
