Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor belts.
- Verify and count inventory items to ensure accuracy against shipping manifests.
- Operate warehouse management systems and handheld scanners to track stock.
- Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Assist in packing, labeling, and preparing shipments for timely delivery.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Perform regular equipment inspections and report maintenance needs immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and strong math skills for inventory counting.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
