Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Package and prepare items for shipment with precision and care to ensure damage-free delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock organization to ensure accuracy.
- Operate scanning equipment and manage digital inventory records efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies strictly.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace is required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (if applicable to loading docks).
- Basic computer literacy and eagerness to learn new software systems.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
