Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and efficient picking, packing, and shipping of orders to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels within the warehouse management system.
- Load and unload trucks safely, utilizing proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED preferred).
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Must be available for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
