Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments using inventory management systems
- Maintain organized warehouse space and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper certification
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Perform quality checks on products before distribution
- Support inventory audits and cycle count activities
- Adapt schedule to accommodate peak season demands as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly with proper training
- Reliable transportation to our Harbor Island location
- Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, or weekends
- Positive attitude with strong teamwork mentality
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (company-sponsored)
