The Role:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Efficiently process orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and safe at all times.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Reliability: Must have a consistent work history and be available for full-time hours.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Basic Math: Ability to read a scale and perform basic math calculations accurately.
