Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments using RF scanners
- Operate powered equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict safety protocols
- Maintain organized inventory systems with real-time digital tracking
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Conduct quality control checks on all outgoing products
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards at all times
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer literacy with ability to learn inventory software
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Forklift certification preferred (training available)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to our Nashville facility
- Flexibility to work weekends during peak seasons
