Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming/outgoing shipments using barcode scanning systems
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory with precision
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Support warehouse cleanliness and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with WMS
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
