Responsibilities
- Accurately manage inventory and perform stock counts
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Load/unload shipments and organize storage areas
- Maintain safety protocols and clean workspaces
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Process orders and prepare shipments for delivery
- Report equipment issues and maintenance needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Forklift certification a plus (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Reliable transportation to our Chicago facility
