Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and warehouse organization
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification training included)
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Participate in monthly inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Valid government-issued ID
- Pre-employment background check required
