Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package shipments according to company protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification) safely and accurately
- Maintain organized inventory records using digital tracking systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain a clean workspace
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and cross-docking operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory software
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (provided)
- Reliable transportation to shift start times
