Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks utilizing forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated areas to ensure accurate tracking and easy accessibility.
- Perform routine quality checks on products to verify they meet company standards before shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in strict compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Assist in the packaging, labeling, and sorting of items for outbound delivery.
- Operate barcode scanners and inventory management software to update stock levels in real-time.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent work experience is accepted.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills required for inventory counting and stock reconciliation.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screening.
