Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately process customer orders and prepare them for timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and conduct regular inventory counts to ensure data integrity.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety regulations.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area organized, clean, and safe to prevent accidents and improve efficiency.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Load & Unload: Efficiently handle incoming and outgoing freight using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required for qualified candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as business needs dictate.
- Background Check: Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license preferred.
