Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments and organize inventory in designated zones
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment with attention to detail
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Conduct cycle counts and assist in inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
