Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stock incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders for shipment with zero tolerance for errors
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse spaces following OSHA standards
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation weekly
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
