Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety guidelines.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and maintain accurate stock organization.
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains clean, safe, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding order priorities and stock levels.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
