As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring our products are processed, packed, and shipped efficiently and accurately. No prior experience is required; we provide all necessary training to help you succeed.
Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Control: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels through regular stock counts and audits.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hiring).
- Receiving: Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify quantities against packing slips.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards to ensure a safe working environment for all.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and attendance.
- Communication: Basic reading and verbal communication skills in English.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
