Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Perform regular cycle counts and assist in maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Packaging: Properly package and label goods to ensure safe transit and compliance with safety standards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine safety checks on machinery and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Order Fulfillment: Prepare orders for shipment, verifying accuracy against packing slips.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Skills: Basic math skills and familiarity with barcode scanners or RF scanners.
- License: Valid driver's license is a plus.
