As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring that our products are processed, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately count, inspect, and record incoming and outgoing shipments to maintain inventory records.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring all labels and documentation are correct.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Quality Control: Identify and report damaged goods or operational inefficiencies to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine safety checks on warehouse equipment and report any maintenance needs.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred, but we offer paid on-the-job training for enthusiastic candidates.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to read and understand safety labels.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
