Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders for accuracy and completeness.
- Pack, seal, label, and prepare products for shipment using appropriate materials and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Perform inventory counts and stock management to ensure inventory levels are accurate.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required (we train the right candidates).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays.
