Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and to and from shipping/delivery vehicles.
- Operate forklifts and other heavy machinery safely and efficiently in accordance with OSHA regulations.
- Inspect products for damage or defects and report discrepancies immediately to the Shift Supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Process paperwork, including packing slips and inventory logs, with high accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure workflow efficiency and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to read and comprehend instructions.
