Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks and freight containers using proper equipment.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick and pack orders to meet shipping deadlines.
- Inventory Management: Assist with cycle counts and maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse machinery safely.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Customer Service: Collaborate with team members to resolve logistical challenges efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not required for immediate hire.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Documentation: Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliability: Consistent work history and punctuality are a must.
- Communication: Basic English skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
