Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and stage products to meet daily shipping targets and quality standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and ensure proper labeling and documentation.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all safety regulations.
- Documentation: Process paperwork and digital logs related to inventory and shipments efficiently.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: A strong work history with a focus on punctuality and excellent attendance.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Equipment: Ability to obtain forklift certification within 30 days of employment.
