Job Overview
We are currently seeking reliable Warehouse Associates to support our distribution operations. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our products are processed efficiently and shipped accurately to our customers across the region.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damages and discrepancies.
- Pick, pack, and label orders for shipment with 99% accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse management software to track inventory levels.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for immediate hire.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Valid Driver's License (Class C) and reliable transportation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse systems.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
