Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and order pickers, safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping with high accuracy.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner, adhering to safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding daily production goals and potential issues.
Qualifications
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not mandatory for general labor roles.
- Basic computer literacy for time clock and inventory systems.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
