Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Sort and organize inventory accurately to streamline warehouse operations.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments to prevent errors.
- Operate warehouse equipment responsibly and perform routine maintenance checks.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or distribution is a plus but not required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Seattle facility.
- Forklift certification is a major plus.
